Dehydrated Mushrooms
The mushrooms are selected and cleaned after harvesting. They are then sliced in specially modified slicers and then dehydrated in "California" type, counter flow, drying tunnels until the moisture content lowers to 8%. They are then packed into polyethylene bags and into cardboard boxes.
