Our chantarelles are blanched and preserved in a salt brine solution for further processing. This is a primary preservation method for mushrooms which will be further processed in jars with oil, in cans with natural water or any other form of long term preservation.
Chanterelles are relatively high in Vitamin C, Potassium and are among the richest sources of Vitamin D.
