Our porcini are blanched and preserved in a salt brine solution for further processing. This is a primary preservation method for mushrooms which will be further processed in jars with oil, in cans with natural water or any other form of long term preservation.
Porcini mushroom are rich in dietary fiber and are low in both saturated and unsaturated fat. Dietary fiber helps stimulate digestion and helps to relieve constipation issues.
