Portobellini Mushrooms
Portobellini Mushrooms are the more mature stage of the white button mushroom. They are considered medium in size and have a cap size of 5 to 7 centimeters. When cooked, Portobellini mushrooms are incredibly tender with a meat-like consistency and have a mild, nutty, and earthy flavor.

Portobellini mushrooms are best suited for sautéing, boiling, broiling, grilling, and baking. Both the stems and caps may be used and make a delicious addition to any appetizer or side dish. Portobellini mushrooms pair particularly well with cream-based sauces.
