White Button Mushrooms
White Button Mushrooms (Agaricus Bisporus) are cultivated throughout various parts of the world and are the most common form of mushroom found in supermarkets today. Their caps vary in diameter from 1.27 to 7.62 centimeters. It is only the smallest among these specimens that are labelled “button mushrooms.”
